Info

GO! Coaching is one of North America's leading coaching communities for loan officers, providing structured education, accountability, events, and professional development. The project involved a complete redesign of the platform, transforming its digital presence from a small coaching business into a premium industry-leading brand capable of supporting multiple programs, events, educational resources, and a growing member community.

Product thinking

The challenge extended far beyond improving aesthetics. The existing website no longer reflected the scale of the business or the ambition behind the brand. The objective was to reposition GO! Coaching as the modern leader in mortgage coaching, creating an experience that felt authoritative, premium, and built for long-term growth.

Rather than organizing the site around isolated services, the new experience was structured around a complete coaching ecosystem. Clear learning pathways, a five-level coaching system, community-driven content, educational resources, events, merchandise, and multiple conversion journeys were carefully connected into a single experience. The darker visual language, cinematic imagery, and stronger storytelling helped reinforce the shift from a coaching company to an industry-leading platform.

Target Users

  • Loan officers looking to increase production and consistency.

  • Experienced producers ready to scale their business.

  • Team leaders and branch managers developing high-performing teams.

  • Mortgage professionals seeking accountability, coaching, and community.

Personal Reflection

This project completely changed how I think about redesigns. The goal wasn’t to make an existing website look better, it was to redefine how the company presents itself to the industry.

Working through information architecture, brand positioning, user journeys, and visual direction simultaneously reinforced the importance of designing around business perception, not just interface design. Seeing the final product successfully communicate the scale and ambition of the company made this one of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on.
