Croatia Autentica is a boutique luxury travel agency creating fully escorted, tailor-made journeys across Croatia. The project focused on designing a premium digital experience that captures the emotion of travel while clearly communicating the agency's highly personalised approach, transforming the website into both an inspirational showcase and a trusted consultation platform.

Product thinking

The challenge was shifting users’ perception from booking a tour to planning a completely bespoke journey. Rather than presenting static travel packages, the experience was designed around storytelling, helping visitors imagine what travelling with Croatia Autentica feels like before discussing an itinerary.

The website combines cinematic visuals, immersive interactions, and carefully structured content to guide users through signature tours, destinations, travel styles, and authentic local experiences. Throughout the journey, the emphasis remains on what makes the agency different: every itinerary is privately escorted, fully customised, and personally curated from the first consultation through the final day of travel.

Personal Reflection

This project reminded me that luxury isn’t defined by visual style alone, it’s created through the entire user experience. Every interaction needed to reinforce trust, exclusivity, and personal attention while keeping the planning process effortless.

Designing Croatia Autentica meant balancing inspiration with clarity. Rich storytelling, immersive media, and elegant interactions had to work alongside practical information to help users confidently move from dreaming about Croatia to starting a conversation about their own bespoke journey.
